The staff were very friendly and helpful! breakfast was very nice. I am glad there were other options besides a standard full english. they accommodated breakfast requests not on the menu too. parking was great. I always managed to get a spot around the back.
I found earplugs in the drawers. This is not a good sign..

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
poor soundproofingoverdue maintenance
I found a few things lacking . The soundproofing was poor, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disrupt sleep. the shower in the bathroom had some mold (this wasn't ideal, obviously) and maintenance seemed overdue. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

The breakfast was good. I also appreciated that the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, and it was easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The room was small, and it felt a little cramped. the bathroom fixtures was rusted. The sofa were not very comfortable.
